We develop relationships between the public and private sector. Collaborative Culture works with community leaders, government officials, and developers to:

  1. Encourage collaborative catalytic projects to positively impact communities.
  2. Facilitate meetings with members of the public and private sector to build relationships and encourage collaboration.
  3. Develop strategies to assist companies and organizations to realize their project’s goal and vision.
  4. Implement plans to navigate procedural processes for project completion.

Speaking

We passionately advocate for sustainment of change. Matt Houston speaks with passion on topics for sustaining change for future generations. He draws from his experiences at Southern Methodist University, where he received his undergraduate degree in Economics, and Texas Christian University, where he received his MBA. Over the past 10 years, Matt’s involvement in community advocacy organizations has helped him to motivate and inspire others for social change. A few of Matt’s recent topics include:
